Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Some health and personal care products
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@uasells.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift was sent to the purchaser, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
